San Augustine ISD is a technologically progressive district which includes distance learning opportunities in a state-of-the-art distance learning lab; full wireless connectivity at the high school; and classrooms equipped with Elmos and multimedia projectors. San Augustine ISD impacts students, faculty and community through various technology integration.
The faculty enjoys numerous opportunities of technology including continuing education, district e-mail, digital grade book and attendance capabilities. All of these form a cohesive educational environment that is supported and sustained through technology at SAISD.
