CREDIT BY EXAMINATION NOTIFICATION

In compliance of Senate Bill 1, Section 28.023, Chapter 74.24 Credit by Exam, SAISD is required to offer examinations for credit and/or for acceleration without prior instruction. To assist school districts, Region 7 ESC will offer Credit by  Exam/Exam for Acceleration tests from the University of Texas in Austin for grades3-12. PUBLIC EDUCATION GRANT PROGRAM NOTIFICATION

As required by TEA, the link below is a public notification to all parents, whose children attend SAISD schools, of the requirements of the "PEG" program that is authorized under Texas Education Code, Chapter 29, Subchapter G. This notification addresses the Elementary School rating from the 2010-2011 school year.
