3rd Grade GT travels to Imagination Fair in Region 7!

The Imagination Fair allows gifted students to showcase storytelling in an interactive format. Prior to the event, students research various forms and genres of storytelling, learn about stories from other cultures and discover the impact of storytelling throughout history.  They then choose a story or create their own to tell during the Imagination Fair.  They also have an opportunity to enjoy hearing stories from a professional storyteller.  This year’s storyteller was Gwen Caldwell.

KeAsia Jackson told the story, “One Fine Day” and Diana Davila told, “How The Milky Way came to Be”.  Group  picture: left KeAsia Jackson on the right Diana Devila. The students are displaying their Problem solving activity.
