Computer Science Team Shines at Pine Tree UIL Meet!

The SAHS computer science team took 1st place in Saturday’s UIL Meet at Longview Pine Tree HS (the Pirates!) competing against 2A thru 6A schools. The team was led by Khang Doan placing 1st overall in individual competition, Emma Masiero placed 3rd, Brittan Nance placed 5th and Miguel Mendoza placed 8th. Other competitors included Patrick Williams and Joseph Diggles. The team had the second highest team score in the history of our UIL Computer Science program which began in 2014. Awesome Accomplishment and Congratulations Team!!
