San Augustine Elementary School

After a convincing win over the Bulldogs, the Lady Wolves advance to play in the Area round this Friday (Feb 14th) at the Slocum High School Gymnasium. Start time is 7:30pm. We are the second game behind Chester and Abbott. Ticket prices are $5 for both students and adults. THSCA, THGCA, TABC, Senior Citizen, and both district passes will be accepted. GO LADY WOLVES!!

There is a staff development day on Monday, Feb 24 (school offices are open) so students do not return to school until Tuesday, Feb 25. Stay warm, stay safe and enjoy the winter break!

Today, February 13th, the Lady Wolves Soccer team achieves a milestone. Just two seasons ago, the team played their first soccer game as a newly established soccer club. This season is their inaugural year in a soccer district consisting of 10 schools. Please come out and support them as they play their first-ever playoff game. One game only at 5pm. The Parent-Directed Special Education Services (PDSES) program, is a one-time $1,500 online grant for parents/guardians of eligible students served by special education and enrolled in a Texas public school. Parents/guardians of eligible students can shop the marketplace to obtain educational materials and resources. This grant closes on March 31st. School Resumes Normal Hours Wednesday - January 22nd !

Due to the inclement weather that is expected to be in our area, San Augustine ISD will not be having school on Tuesday, January 21. If there are any other closures, it will be posted on social media. All extra-curricular activities on Tuesday are postponed. Tuesday's soccer games are cancelled while the home basketball games are being played today (Monday, January 20th) starting at 4pm. We will see everyone back on Wednesday. Please be safe and stay warm!

!! Due to incoming winter weather, the Tuesday HOME basketball games vs West Sabine have been moved to Monday (Jan. 20th). There will be two varsity games starting at 4PM. GO WOLVES!
