If your child will be 3, 4 or 5 years old on or before September 1, 2015, then he/she may qualify to attend the SAISD Pre-K 3, Pre-K 4, or the Kindergarten program.
Please bring the following:
Birth Certificate
Social Security Card
Shot Record
Parent Driver’s License
