Elementary:
The Pre-K Student of the Month for November is Delonzo Roberson. His teachers say, “Delonzo is a wonderful student and is very attentive in class. He follows the rules every day and is very helpful to his teachers. We have been so blessed to have him in our classroom.” Delonzo is the 4-year-old son of Deja Roberson and ShaMarcus Ratcliff, and is in Ms. Chronda Williams and Mrs. Fannie Holman’s class.
The Kindergarten Student of the Month for November is Layne Pitts. Layne is the son of Mark and Angie Pitts. He is a sweet, smart, and hardworking little guy. His favorite part of the day is recess, and his favorite subject is coloring, when he is not at school he enjoys jumping on his trampoline and playing with his brother Marshall. Layne is in Mrs. Heidi Pritchett’s class.
The 1st grade Student of the Month for November is Isabel DeJesus Martinez. Isabel is the daughter of Laurita Martinez and Paulino DeJesus, and she has one sister, Emily DeJesus Martinez. Isabel’s favorite subject is Science, and the best part of her day is going outside to play. In her spare time, she enjoys riding her bike, playing outside with her little black dog, and she likes to make crafty things with Roly Poly. Isabel is in Mrs. Melba Pahal’s class.
The 2nd grade Student of the Month for November is An’Clisanee Burrell. An’Clisanne is the daughter of Anthony and DeLicia Giles Burrell. Her teachers say that she is smart and enjoys all subjects! She always participates in lessons and is very helpful to her teachers and other students. An’Clisanee strives to be a “Straight A” student and loves to learn new things. In her free time, she enjoys fishing, riding horses, playing kickball, and shopping. An’Clisanee is in Jena Boyette and Kimberly Linehan’s second-grade class.
The 3rd grade Student of the Month for November is Angel “Danny” Mendoza-Moreno. Danny’s favorite subject in school is Science. When he is not at school he enjoys playing video games, riding his bike, and playing soccer. Danny hopes to go to college and be a professional soccer player. Danny is the son of Maria Moreno and Jaime Mendoza. He is in Ms. Jessica Fuller’s homeroom class.
The 4th grade Student of the Month for November is JaKayla Holmes. JaKayla is a wonderful student! She is well behaved and is a very hard worker. Her favorite subject is math, and her favorite sport is basketball. JaKayla likes to ride her bike and go to the court and play basketball with her cousin. JaKayla would like for everyone to know that she loves to read, and loves to go shopping with her mom. JaKayla is the daughter of Stacy and Scharla Holmes. She is in Mrs. Maureen Carlton’s homeroom class.
The 5th grade Student of the Month is Jaimee Miguel Mendoza-Moreno. Miguel is the son of Maria Moreno and Jaimee Mendoza and the brother of Danny Mendoza. Miguel is a well-behaved student and a hard worker. His favorite subject is Science. After school, he enjoys playing video games and watching TV. When he grows up, he would like to attend college but he isn’t really sure what he wants to be. Miguel is in Mrs. Ashley Burks’ homeroom class.
High School:
The 6th grade Student of the Month for November is Demarion Teagle. Demarion is the son of ID Teagle and Renee Porter. His favorite subjects are math and geography. He hopes to go to college at Texas A&M and would really like to play football for the Aggies.
The 7th grade Student of the Month for November is Jessi Jacobs. Jessi is the daughter of Scott and Tammie Jacobs. Her favorite subject is Texas history. Jessi plans to go to cosmetology school and become a cosmetologist.
The 8th grade Student of the Month for November is Michael Hightower. Michael is the son of Michael and Tammy Hightower. His favorite subject is reading. He plans to go to college and play football or baseball after he finishes high school.
The 9th grade Student of the Month for November is Khloie Hilton. Khloie is the daughter of Michael and Amanda Hilton. Her favorite subject is biology. Khloie plans to go to college and study to become an anesthesiologist.
The 10th grade Student of the Month for November is Mariah Yanez. Mariah is the daughter of Jose Yanez and Jackie Yanez. Her favorite subject is science. Mariah plans to go to college and study to become a neonatal nurse.
The 11th grade Student of the Month for November is Matthew Garsee. Matthew is the son of James Matthew Garsee. His favorite classes are welding and ag. Matthew plans to go to Angelina College and study to get a degree in welding. He hopes to get a job working on a pipeline or an oil rig.
The 12th grade Student of the Month for November is Sir’Marion Cartwright. Sir’Marion is the son of Tony and Lyndra Cartwright. He is a proud member of the winning Wolf Pack Football Team! Sir’Marion plans to attend college and study automotive technology.
