Elementary Afternoon Pickup and Bus Loading Change!

Elementary School afternoon pickups will pick up at the rear of the school using the horseshoe drive-thru inside the fence. Vehicles will stop at the Pre-K building and students will load from the Pre-K hall. Buses will load students in the front of the school and the thru traffic will be blocked approximately from 3:00-3:45.

Deadline for School Board Application is August 20

Application deadline to run for the SAISD School Board is on Monday, August 20 at 5:00 pm. To sign up please go to the SAISD Administration Building (Superintendent's Office) at 1002 Barrett Street, San Augustine, Texas from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. The School Board election will be on Tuesday, November 6.

Free Summer Meals Program for Children 18 and Younger thru August 9th!

Starting Monday, June 4th, the High School cafeteria is serving free healthy meals to children 18 and younger from Monday thru Thursday during the summer. Breakfast from 7 to 8 am and lunch from 11 to 1 pm. Meals will not be served on the 4th of July (Wednesday). Participants enjoy meals and there are no registration or identification requirements. Kids simply show up to receive a healthy meal at no cost. Adults (older than 18) costs are $2.05 for breakfast and $3.60 for lunch.
