SAISD Student Registration
Student registration is done online through Parent Portal (Parent Portal link below) and by completing either the New Student or Returning Student registration forms that are listed down below. These forms can be filled out online and once completed then please print, sign and return the forms to the appropriate school office. New students must also bring the following documents to register.
New Student Documents Required:
- Child's birth certificate
- Up-to-date shot record
- Child's social security card
- Proof of residency (a current utility bill showing the address where the student lives)
- Photo Identification of the enrolling parent/guardian
- Guardianship/custody papers showing the enrolling adult has the right to enroll the child

The Home Language Survey Form is not fillable online. It must first be printed out and then completed.
