High School Band (Drum major), ATSSB All-Region (1st Chair), Yearbook. (Editor in Chief), Student Council (President), Interact Club, TSA (President), Tri-M (Secretary), Band Council, DECA, HOBY, Girls' State, UIL (Calculator Applications, Copy Editing, News Writing, Feature Writing, Editorial Writing, Headline Writing), National Honor Society (Secretary), SAHS Tech Crew

What is something interesting that people might not know about you?

I love watching the sunrise. I am also a photographer. My pictures are on at least 30 or so living room walls.

What is your favorite high school memory?

My favorite high school memory was spending time with my best friends.

Also, trips to the bookstore with Mr. Schmieder. I would always come back with at least eight books.

Who has been your favorite teacher, and why?

I have no favorite teacher. Each teacher has taught me so much about the world and myself. I would not be where I am without them.

Who in your life deserves a shout out for helping you make it this far?

I must thank Yolanda Mendoza for being my guardian angel. I owe my love for education and the arts to her.

Where do you see yourself in 10 years?

I see myself doing what I love in the creative industry. With a cat and a turtle as my sidekick, obviously.

What is your advice for incoming freshmen?

Your now is not your forever. I pinky swear :)
