It is the goal of the San Augustine Independent School District that the information on its website be accessible to individuals with disabilities in compliance with the requirements of Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and that the statute's implementing regulations at 34 C.F.R. Part 104, and Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 and that statute's implementing regulations at 28 C.F.R. Part 35.

Grievances can be filed with the district using the procedures established by the San Augustine ISD Public Complaint Policy GF Legal and GF Local.

 

The Grievance forms (found on this page in the menu to the right) are provided to assist the District in processing complaints and appeals from members of the public.  There are three forms:  Level One, Level Two Appeal Notice and Level Three Appeal Notice.
